The Shahnameh reflects on the history of Iran, beginning with the foundations of civilization - fire, cooking, metallurgy, and law - starting with the Aryans and concluding with the Arab conquest of Persia.

In the spirit of collaboration, the Aga Khan Museum has partnered with JUMA to create a capsule collection inspired by archival Shahnameh scrolls dating back to the 11th century. The collection is crafted using soft, luxurious textiles made from recycled water bottles.

The Aga Khan Museum x JUMA Shahnameh Pillow is crafted from 4 recycled water bottles and features printed imagery inspired by archival Shahnameh scrolls.
